Ulises Tugboat An ocean-going tug built in the 1960s, Ulises provided aid to many ships disabled on the high seas. Even though she was designed to be a working vessel, a combination of strong steel for the hull and warm wood for the deck and crew areas, made Ulises as beautiful as she was functional.

OcCre’s 1:30 scale replica offers plank-on-bulkhead construction in laser-cut wooden parts.

You’ll cover the hull with flexible lime-wood strips and use thin African walnut for deck and pilot house planking. Windows, portholes, winch, lights and other detail parts are cleanly cast Britannia metal. Kit also contains brass nails and eyebolts, rigging line and rubber tires for bumpers. Detailed parts list and illustrated instructions take you through every step of assembly.

Please note that while this is an RC capable kit, it does not come with the motor or running hardware.
