Mayflower 1:65 Scale
In 1620 the Mayflower set out from the English port of Southampton with 102 pilgrims on board. Because of bad weather, the crossing took 77 days. On December 21 the ship landed at what is today Plymouth, Massachusetts.
The Constructo Mayflower 1:65 Scale kit features plank-on-bulkhead construction with pre-cut wooden parts.
The hull is double planked in beechwood and mahogany. Ready-to-use blocks, deadeyes, belaying pins, barrels and longboat are fine hardwoods.
Other fittings include ten machine turned brass cannon, cast metal anchors and cabin doors, brass eyebolts and decorative pieces. Three sizes of rigging line, pre-printed sails, silk-screened flags and wooden display board complete the kit. Full sized plans and detailed instruction book lead you through each phase of assembly.
Length 27-1/2″ / Height 23-1/2″ / Scale 1:65
